Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
We ship domestically within the United States from our warehouse located in Oakland, California. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed beyond the anticipated processing time. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: next business day
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
